Internship Overview
JOB RESPOSIBILITY
Handle OEMs product development projects through APQP process.
Understand customer requirements and interact with stakeholders (customer, internal & suppliers) to meet project objective within timeline.
Lead and monitor tooling/part/product development, also planned for prototype sample for design/process verification or validation.
Interact with customer on technical requirements, check and review on receive or release of any technical documents.
Ensure projects mass production on time and monitor production status until handover to plant.
Handle projects documentation and prepare for customer and ISO audit.
Take lead in part/product improvement activity.
Handle procurement, vendor sourcing and vendor development activities.
Perform other related duties as per assignment by management from time to time.
Internship Requirements :
- SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 1 year experience in related field
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
- Experience in project management
- Demonstrate good leadership skills with great discipline and attitude working
- Have knowleage in APQP eg. Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC
- Have knowleage in Lead production system
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Able to read CAD drawing
- Working knowledge of CAD software like autocad, Solidwork, Catia
- Knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14000 or VDA 6.4 will be highly advantage.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English
